Achievements of Elect/TRD during the period April’14 to March’15 are enumerated below for perusal please.
- 19.779 TKM OHE of 3rd line between RKSN-MMV-SNY has been commissioned to improve traffic facility.
- OHE modifications in connection with simultaneous reception and dispatch facility at KXN and KLG yard have been completed to improve traffic facility.
- Isolation facility has been provided at line no. 3 of ROXY to improve loading facility.
- 132/25 KV Traction substation has been commissioned at GOL to improve power supply reliability.
- 6 nos. SSPs have been commissioned at DIH, KXN, KRMD, JKDA, MLKA and BJMD to improve power supply reliability and improvement in power block availability for maintenance work.
- Implantation of OHE Mast/Portal at 1679 locations has been improved, out of which 943 locations were below 2.36 m to improve OHE reliability.
7.13.520 TKM over aged and damaged catenary wire and 1.200 TKM of damaged contact wire have been replaced to improve the OHE reliability.
8.3292 numbers of overage/rusted cantilever assemblies have been replaced to improve OHE reliability.
9.126 nos. of overaged isolator switches have been replaced by 1250A rated isolators to improve power supply reliability.
- 365 numbers of small 3P ATD/5P ATD have been modified by providing 3P Modified type ATDs to improve OHE reliability.
- 2 nos. of Old type (5.56 m) type PTFE neutral section have been replaced by Arthur Flurry type neutral section to improve OHE reliability.
- 63679 numbers of tree branches nearby OHE have been trimmed to improve OHE reliability.
13.69.223 Tons of scrap material (Ferrous & Non-ferrous) has been disposed in the current year.
14.A rebate of Rs. 6.02 Crores has been received as rebate from State Electricity Boards towards improved power factor and timely payment of energy bills.
- An amount of Rs. 3.05 Crores has been received as interest over security deposit from WESCO/NESCO.
- An amount of Rs. 4.16 Crores has been received from outside agencies towards power block charges during the current year.
