                                 9. Compensation for loss of goods or animals

                i) In case of train accident, compensation for loss, destruction or deterioration of goods animals shall be paid to such extent as the Claims Tribunal may, in all the circumstances of the case, determine to be reasonable.

ii) In case of untoward incident, compensation for loss, destruction or deterioration of goods or animals is not payable.
