Welcome to General Manager's Administration Branch
of South Eastern Railway
General Administration Branch is headed by Senior Deputy General Manager and assisted by Deputy General Manager(Genl.) and Deputy General Manager(Law). General Administration deals with the subjects like Schedule of powers, all types of sanction cases requiring sanction of General Manager and Additional General Manager, Arbitration cases, Zonal Railway Users’ Consultative Committee, Suburban Railway Users’ Consultative Committee, Parliamentary Committees – Parliament questions and MP/MLA references, all court cases and legal issues.
General Administration has also been entrusted with the responsibility of issue of Passes/PTOs to Railway Employees of South Eastern Railway, Retired employees and Freedom fighters.
