Booklet on Women Empowerment - Sports Activity at EMU Garden on 05.03.2022.
- Drawing Competition on Women Empowerment, Seminar on Women’s Legal Rights & Quiz Competition on 07.03.2022.
- Rangoli/ Alana Competition on 08.03.2022.
- Health Checkup Camp.
- Seminar on Vishakha Guidelines & Cultural Program on 08.03.2022 at Workshop Main Canteen.
- International Women’s Day,2022 celebrated on 08.03.2022 at Kharagpur Workshop.
- Seminar on Processing of Pension in HRMS conducted on 10.03.2022.
- 66thRailway Week Award at CWM’s Level for the Year 2021 celebrated at Kharagpur Workshop on 16.03.2022 where 144 Staffs have been awarded Merit Certificate.
- Seminar on Selection, Suitability & Trade Test on 24.03.2022 with All Branch Officer and Establishment Dealers of Kharagpur Workshop have been conducted.
- Karmachari Darshan Shivir – An initiative by Personnel Department have been taken by Showing updated Service Sheet to the Staff of Kharagpur Workshop who is going to be retired by the next Month/Year.

- Annual Workshop Sports Meets at SERSA Stadium organized on 02.04.2022 – 03.04.2020 and 09.04.2022 – 10.04.2022 where Staff of Kharagpur Workshop participated in different types of Indoor and Outdoor games.
