SUPPLY OF AMBULANCE VAN FOR SRC HEALTH UNIT ON HIRE BASIS
Applications are invited by the Chief Medical Superintendent, SER / KGP for and on behalf of the President of India from interested motor transport providers for supply of one furnished Ambulance Van ( LCV type Amb. Van of capacity 1000 cc and above) with all accessories viz. Stretcher bed of length 6ft in the stretcher compartment and seats for attendants with enough space for manoeuvring for treatment of patient, first-aid box, oxygen cylinder with mask, etc on hire basis for Santragachi Health Unit, S.E.Railway (Distt. Howrah, West Bengal) for a period of 02 years from the date of commencement .
1. Tender value: Rs 6,58,033/- (Rupees Six lakhs fifty-eight thousand and thirty-three only).
2. Earnest Money : Rs. 13,160 /- (Allocation No : 00844529 ).
3. Cost of Tender Document :Rs 2,000/- + 14.5% Service Tax (Total 2,290/-) (Non-refundable) Allo. No : Z-650 or 93652-00.
4. Period of completion is 2 years from the date of commencement.
5. Tender documents will be available upto 26-04-16 at the Office of the
Chief Medical Superintendent, S.E.R. Kharagpur – 721301 (W.B) on all working
days between 11.00 hrs to 15.00 Hrs.
6. Last date of sale of Tender documents : 26-04-16 up to 15.00 Hrs .
7. Date and place of dropping of Tender documents : 27-04-16 between 11.00 hrs
to 15.00 hrs at the office of the Chief Medical Superintendent/SER/KGP.
