- Karmachari Darshan Shivir – An initiative by Personnel Department have been taken by Showing updated Service Sheet to the Staff of Kharagpur Workshop who is going to be retired by the next Month/Year.

- Annual Workshop Sports Meets at SERSA Stadium organized on 02.04.2022 – 03.04.2020 and 09.04.2022 – 10.04.2022 where Staff of Kharagpur Workshop participated in different types of Indoor and Outdoor games.
- Ambedkar Jayanti --31st Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R Ambedkar, founder of the Indian Constitution, celebrated at Kharagpur Workshop on 14th April 2022. Essay competition was organized on this occasion.
- Blood Donation Camp –01 No’s Blood Donation Camp was organized on 18.04.2021 by SC/ST Associations at Kharagpur Workshop.
The Highlights for the month of May - 2022 are here under: - - Training on Fire Safety measures conducted by Safety Cell, Kharagpur Workshop from 17.05.2022 to 26.05.2022, where the staff of this workshop trained on Fire Safety measures.
- Observation of “Anti Terrorisms Day” on 21st May 2022 in the memory of Late Rajiv Gandhi, former Prime Minister of India. On this Occasion, oath was taken by Officers & Staff of Kharagpur Workshop.
- Cash Award Distribution to the winners of Essay Writing Competition in the memory of Dr. B R Ambedkar.
- Seminar on “Proper Filing System” conducted on 25.05.2022 by Personnel Department & Accounts Department, where the procedure of Proper Filing System discussed.
The Highlights for the month of June -2022 are here under: - - World Environment Day is celebrated on 5th June 2022. On this occasion the following activities were arranged at KGPW:
- Tree plantation.
- Drawing, Quiz competition about environment awareness.
- Rally for living sustainability in harmony with nature by scout/NCC.
- Skit/Drama about environment protection.
- International Day of Yoga has been celebrated on 21st June 2022 in Kharagpur Workshop.
The Highlights for the month of July -2022 are here under: - - Inter-Divisional Cultural Competition 2022-23 : Screening for Inter-Divisional Cultural Competition for the Year 2022-23 on 06.07.2022 at MDZTI/KGP Auditorium.
- Celebration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav: The following events were organized under banner of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav ” in Kharagpur Workshop.
1. AKAM Rally : A Rally was organised on 22.07.2022 in Kharagpur Workshop to celebration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, where the Officers and staff participated.
2. AKAM—Nukkad Natak: A Nukkad Natak on Unity in Diversity were organized in front of Administrative Building, Kharagpur Workshop on 23.07.2022.
3. Rangoli Competition : A Rangoli Competition were organised on 26.07.2022 under the banner of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” - Celebration of Azadi ki Rail Gadi aur Station :The following events were organised under the banner of “Azadi ki Rail Gadi aur Station” in Kharagpur Workshop .
1. Selfie Zone :A Selfie zone has been created near the administrative Building under the banner of “Azadi ki Rail Gadi aur Station”.
2. Playing of Patriotic Song : In Workshop Main Canteen, during the Lunch Hours Patriotic Songs was played from 18.07.2022 to 23.07.2022 under the banner of “Azadi ka Rail Gadi aur Station”.
The Highlights for the month of August -2022 are here under: - - 76th Independence Day was celebrated on 15th August 2022 in Kharagpur Workshop.
- PNM with SERMC conducted at Workshop Level on 17.08.2022 and 18.08.2022 with WPO’s Level and CWM’s Level respectively.
- Sadbhavana Diwas– Sadbhavana Diwas was observed at Kharagpur Workshop on 20.08.2022 in commemorate of the Prime Minister of India Late Rajiv Gandhi wherein pledge has been taken by the officers and staff with an objective to encourage national integration, peace, affection, and communal harmony.
- First AID & Fire Safety Training – First Aid, CPR awareness hands on training and Fire safety training seminar conducted on 23.08.2022 at Seminar Hall, CWM Office.
The Highlights for the month of September -2022 are here under: - Hindi Diwas : Hindi Diwas was observed on 14.09.2022 at Kharagpur Workshop. On this occasion Essay Writing, Speech in Hindi, Quiz Competition were organised.
- Observance of Swachhata Pakhwada-2022 in Kharagpur Workshop.
- Swachhata Awareness [Webinar & Swachhata Samvad]: Training programs conducted and Pledge taken by the Officers and staff of Kharagpur Workshop on 16.09.2022.
- Swachha Parisar & Swachha Karyasthal – Massive Shramdan with main focus on collection of plastic waste and intensive cleanliness drive at all section have been organised on 17.09.2022
- Rally on Swachhata Pakhwada organised on 19.09.2022
- Cleanliness Slogans and Posters are displayed in all prominent location.
- Tree plantation programme on 21.09.2022
- Swachha Neer [Clean Water] – AN intensive inspection of all water installations including filters and coolers, storage tanks are checked for pre and post filtration quality of water from 26.09.2022 to 27.09.2022
- Cleanliness and sanitization drive in the canteen were conducted.
- Competition on Swachhata organised on 29.09.2022.

Karmachari Darshan Shivir – Karmachari Darshan Shivir conducted on 11-10-2022,14-10-2022, 17-10-2022 , 19-10-2022 & 21-10-2022 wherein 12 cases have been resolved on spot out of 12.

- March Past by RPF Personnel, Civil Defense and St. John Ambulance Brigade at KGPW’s volunteers.
