1.Renovation of Casualty Unit.
2.Installation and functioning of Arthroscopy unit
3.Sanitation maintenance of KGP,MCA,BLS stations by Commercial dept.
4.Outsourcing of hospital kitchen at Div.Hospital, KGP.
5. Laparoscopic appendicectomy,hysterectomy done by outside consultants on case to case basis.
6.Inauguration of newly renovated Chest Ward by DRM/KGP in presence of CMS/KGP.
7.Developing a Grass Carpet at the main Garden inside the Hospital Campus,later inaugurated by General Manager /S.E.R.A cash award of Rs.10,000/-given to Medical Dept.during GM's Annual Inspection in January 2013.
8.Shifting of the Central Sterilisation Unit from its old building.Constructing work of a new G+3 building started.9.Round the clock Medical Service was rendered during the work for installation of non-interlocking at SRC.
