                                             PROVISION OF BULK BOOKING IN RAJDHANI , SHATABDI ,

                                                           DURONTO AND HUMSAFAR TRAINS

In accordance with Board's letter bulk booking should be allowed at any point of time within the Advance Reservation Period ( ARP ) in Rajdhani , Shatabdi , Duronto and Humsafar trains on maximum  permissible fare for normal accommodation for that class w.e.f.15.06.2017.

Expression of Interest for COMPOSITE ADVERTISEMENT ON trains.

South Eastern Railway seeks Expression Of Interest (EOI) from interested parties by way of advertising their brand/products & services on Mail/Express Trains.

Advertisement will be permitted through Vinyl Wrapping on the exterior of the train coaches (below the window portion), Destination Boards at the first and last coaches of the train with the name and/or logo of the advertiser, advertisement space on one side of bed roll covers in AC classes on the trains, supply of Brochure amongst the passengers and display of advertisement on framed boards inside the coaches of the following trains.

Reserve Price :     Rs. 1 Crore per rake per annum + GST @ 18% for the Inter Railway Trains                 


                               Rs. 50 Lakh per rake per annum + GST @ 18% for the Intra Railway Trains.

Expression Of Interest is welcome from the following :

    1. Priority will be given to PSUs.
    2. Reputed Business Firms and Corporate Houses &
    3. Advertising Agencies (Only one brand will be allowed during entire period of agreement)

    4. Security Deposit :@ 10% on the tariff/rate in form of irrevocable Bank Guarantee.

In the Expression Of Interest the following may be furnished;

  •    Name of the Company/ Firm and address, nature of business, yearly turnover etc.
  •    Detailed proposal.
