NEW COURSE (REFRESHER FOR HELPER) INTRODUCED AT STITCH KGP


Important information regarding training at STTC/KGP :-

 

1.

Trainees must report STTC Hostel well in advance of commencement of the Course.


2.

HQ of the trainees beyond 8 KM from KGP is compulsory to avail fooding (chargable) and lodging (free) in the Hostel of STTC/KGP.


3.

Per day Rs. 152/- (Approx) and Rs. 50 per month to be deposited in advance for total period of training or for 1 month which is less by the trainees towards meal charges and Sports - Recreation charges respectively on reporting day.


4.

The particulars of trainees including Emp No,DOB,DOA,Bill Unit Number, Controlling Officer, Bill Compling Officer, Specimen Signature Etc.must be mentioned in the Sparing Letter.


5.

Duty Pass should be issued to the trainees for outward and return journey by the Controlling Unit.


6.

As per PCSTE/GRC’s advice minimum 10 (ten ) numbers Trainees required to run the Special Courses.


7.

Trainees must bring their Competency Book issued earlier by STTC for attending Refresher, Equipment and Special Equipment Courses.


8.

The trainees must attained with the Uniform as maintained in the Division.


9.

The trainees must bring 03 nos. of recent Passport Size Photo.
