SER WINS BEST CREATIVITY AWARD
IN ALL INDIA INTER RAILWAY DOCUMENTARY COMPETITION
Kolkata, 27thApril, 2019:
South Eastern Railway, the prime mover of Indian Railways won 'Best Creativity Award' in the 64th All India Inter Railway Documentary Competition held at Ahmedabad, yesterday (26.04.2019). The documentary was made on the braveheart lady employee, Mrs. Pushpa Sing, Keyman by designation in Engineering Department under Kharagpur Division. This unique documentary was conceptualised by Shri P.S.Mishra, General Manager of South Eastern Railway. This documentary video was released on International Women's Day in this year and the lady was felicitated by Chairman, Railway Board on that very day. Mrs Puspa Singh, basically a lady of strong determination, devoted herself to her duty bypassing all hardships. All through the video presentation, her courageous deeds in various odds were vividly & vehemently picturized. Her power packed working & eventful activities delighted & overwhelmed the houseful of audiences during the competition. Out of 20 Railways and Railway PSUs participated in this competition, SER achieved the Best Creativity Award amongst all Zonal Railways.
