DERAILMENT OF TRAINS AT BAHANAGA BAZAR STATION
OF KHARAGPUR DIVISION
Kolkata, 2nd June, 2023:
Train no. 12841 Shalimar-Chennai Coromandal Express and Train no. 12864 Sir M Visveswaraya-Howrah Superfast Express got derailed near Bahanaga Bazar Railway station at around 18.55 Hrs on 02.06.2023. Accident Relief trains with medical equipments and doctors have also rushed to the site from Kharagpur and Bhadrak.
Additional General Manager, South Eastern Railway along with other Principal Head of the Departments already left for the site.
As a result of derailment, the following trains will remain cancelled/diverted:-
