INTRODUCTION OF VANDE BHARAT EXPRESS BETWEEN HOWRAH AND PURI
Kolkata, 16th May, 2023:
It has been decided that 22895/22896 Howrah-Puri-Howrah Vande Bharat Express will be inaugurated on 18.05.2023 from Puri.
The regular run of this train will commence from 20.05.2023 both from Howrah and Puri. The train will run six days a week, except Thursdays.
22895 Howrah-Puri Vande Bharat Express will depart from Howrah at 06.10 hrs and will reach Puri at 12.35 hrs, the same day. In the return direction, 22896 Puri-Howrah Vande Bharat Express will depart from Puri at 13.50 hrs and will arrive Howrah at 20.30 hrs, the same day.
The train with 16 (sixteen) coaches will stop at Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur Keonjhar Road, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Khurda Road stations between Howrah and Puri.
Booking of passengers for 22895 Howrah-Puri Vande Bharat Express will be available through PRS and Internet on and from 17.05.2023.
