REVIEW MEETING CONDUCTED BY COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT OF SER
Kolkata, 27th July, 2022:
A Review meeting of Commercial Department was conducted at SER Headquarters, Garden Reach on 25.07.2022 and 26.07.2022. Shri Md. Owais, Principal Chief Commercial Manager, South Eastern Railway chaired the meeting and felicitated eight employees for their exemplary service and dedication towards duty.
In the Review meeting, Sri Manoj Kumar, Chief Commercial Manager (Passenger Marketing) emphasized on the need to improve the ticket checking activities.
Presently 18 pairs of trains of SER are running with Hand Held Terminal (HHT) device which has brought in transparency and customer satisfaction. Very soon Hand Held Terminal device will be introduced in all trains of SER. Issues related to the usage of the new device were also discussed in the meeting. Officers and Inspectors from all four divisions of South Eastern Railway, viz. Adra, Kharagpur, Ranchi and Chakradharpur attended the meeting.
