GENERAL MANAGER INAUGURATES CT-SCAN UNIT AT SER CENTRAL HOSPITAL
Kolkata, 15th March 2022 :
Ms. Archana Joshi, General Manager, South Eastern Railway inaugurated 128 Slice CT-Scan Unit at South Eastern Railway Central Hospital, Garden Reach today (15-03-2022). Sri Atulya Sinha, Additional General Manager, Dr. Mihir Kumar Chowdhary, Principal Chief Medical Director, Dr. Anjana Malhotra, Medical Director, Central Hospital and other Principal Officers of South Eastern Railway were present on the occasion. The new CT Scan unit will be of immense benefit to the patients coming to SER Central Hospital, Garden Reach.
The installation of advanced 128 Slice CT-Scan Machine will facilitate the treatment of patients at the Central Hospital premises and transportation of patients to outside diagnostic centres will no longer be required.
The CT Scan unit is having features like advanced imaging with latest technology, faster CT Scan with lower radiation and ultra low dose CT for paediatric imaging, chest and fracture screening. The facilities available include NCCT Head to Foot, HRCT Chest, Temporal Bone, CT Pulmonary Angio, CT Coronary Angio, CT Brain Angio, CT Urography, CT Renal Angio etc.
