SPECIAL TRAINS OF COVID PERIOD TO OPERATE
AS REGULAR TRAINS WITH ORIGINAL TRAIN NUMBER
Kolkata, 15th November, 2021:
SER has decided that all Mail/Express Specials and Holiday Specials originating and terminating over its jurisdiction and were running during the COVID-19 pandemic period will now be operated as regular trains with their respective old numbers of Pre-COVID period.
The train numbers now Will Not Start With Zero, as was in case of Special Trains. The process of conversion of Special Train Numbers to Regular Train Numbers has already been started by CRIS and is expected to be completed within the next seven days.
