SER’s OLYMPIC HOCKEY STARS RETURN TO RANCHI
Kolkata, 11th August, 2021
Two eminent players of the Indian Women’s Hockey Team, Ms. Nikki Pradhan and Ms. Salima Tete have returned to Ranchi, Jharkhand today (11.08.2021) after winning the hearts of the entire nation. Indian Women’s Hockey team have won respect and plenty of praises across the country for securing the 4th position in the Tokyo Olympics.
Ms. Nikki Pradhan, Chief Yard Master and Ms. Salima Tete,Ticket Examiner of Ranchi Division, S E Railway were the key players of the 16 member squad which has made a fantastic effort to reach the Semifinals. Both of them have played significant roles in this captivating journey. Thirteen members of the Indian Women’s Hockey Team were from Indian Railways.
Ms. Nikki Pradhan and Ms. Salima Tete mentioned about the support and encouragement they received from the South Eastern Railway authority. Both the hockey stars praised the facilities and infrastructure provided by S E Railway for the hockey players.
