SER EXTENDS THE RUNNING OF TIME TABLED PARCEL EXPRESS TRAINS
FOR UNINTERRUPTED SUPPLY OF ESSENTIAL COMODITIES
Kolkata, 13th April, 2020:
The Time Tabled Parcel Express Trains which are already running with essential commodities have proved to be immensely beneficial for fulfilling the requirements of the society in prevailing situation. Keeping in view the urgent need for transportation of essential commodities, it has further been decided to continue the running of Parcel Express Trains as per the following schedule:
Shalimar-Ranchi-Shalimar Parcel Express
00801/00802 Shalimar-Ranchi-Shalimar Parcel Express has now been extended to run up to 25thApril, 2020 daily both from Shalimar and Ranchi. The train will leave Shalimar at 10:00 hours and in the return direction will leave Ranchi at 22:15 hours.
Mumbai-Shalimar-Mumbai Parcel Express
00113/00114 Mumbai-Shalimar-Mumbai Parcel Express has now been extended to run up to 25thApril, 2020 daily both from Mumbai and Shalimar. The train will leave Mumbai CSMT at 23:55 hoursand in the return direction will leave Shalimar at 21:45 hours.
Yesvantpur-Howrah-Yesvantpur Parcel Express
00615 Yesvantpur-Howrah Parcel Express has now been extended to run up to 23rdApril, 2020 daily leaving Yesvantpur at 12:00 hours. In the return direction, 00616 Howrah-Yesvantpur Parcel Express will continue to run till 25th April, 2020 daily leaving Howrah at 11:00 hours.
Porbander-Shalimar-Porbander Parcel Express
00913 Porbander-Shalimar Parcel Express will continue to run from Porbander on 14th, 18th, 20th, 22nd and 24th April, 2020 leaving Porbander at 08:00 hours. In the return direction, 00914 Shalimar-Porbander Parcel Express will also continue to run from Shalimar on 14th, 16th, 20th, 22nd, 24th and 26thApril, 2020 leaving Shalimar at 22:50 hours.
Secunderabad-Howrah-Secunderabad Parcel Express
00759 Secunderabad-Howrah Parcel Express will continue to run leaving Secunderabad on 16th and 23rd April, 2020 at 22:00 hours. In the return direction, 00760 Howrah-Secunderabad Parcel Express will continue to run leaving Howrah on 18th and 25th April, 2020 at 16:05 hours.
Itwari-Tatanagar-Itwari Parcel Express
00881 Itwari-Tatanagar Parcel Express has now been extended to run from Itwari daily up to 24th April, 2020 leaving Itwari at 09:30 hours. In the return direction, 00882 Tatanagar-Itwari Parcel Express has also been extended to run from Tatanagar daily up to 25th April, 2020 leaving Tatanagar at 03:30 hours.
The essential commodities which are being transported by these Time Tabled Parcel Express Trains include vegetables, medicines, grocery items, different kind of fruits, fish, eggs etc. The above Parcel Express Trains also cater the needs of the people residing around Kharagpur, Purulia, Balasore, Rourkela, Chakradharpur and other stations under SER’s jurisdiction in addition to major cities enroute.
