RUNNING OF FESTIVAL SPECIAL TRAINS
Kolkata, 24th August, 2025
To clear extra rush of the passengers during festive season, it has been decided to run Special trains as per following schedule:
08611/08612 Santragachi-Ajmer-Santragachi Special:
08611 Santragachi-Ajmer Special will leave Santragachi on every Monday from 22.09.2025 to 24.11.2025 at 19:00 hrs and will reach Ajmer at 15:00 hrs, the third day. In the return direction, 08612 Ajmer-Santragachi Special will leave Ajmer on every Thursday from 25.09.2025 to 27.11.2025 at 23:40 hrs and will arrive Santragachi at 16:00 hrs, the third day.
The Special train will have stoppages at Kharagpur, Tatanagar, Chandil, Purulia, Muri, Ranchi and Lohardaga stations in South Eastern Railway jurisdiction.
06077/06078 MGR Chennai Central-Santragachi-MGR Chennai Central Special
06077 MGR Chennai Central-Santragachi Special will leave MGR Chennai Central on every Saturday from 06.09.2025 to 27.09.2025 at 23.45 hrs and will reach Santragachi at 07.15 hrs, the third day. In the return direction, 06078 Santragachi-MGR Chennai Central Special will leave Santragachi on every Monday from 08.09.2025 to 29.09.2025 at 09.00 hrs and will arrive MGR Chennai Central at 16:30 hrs, the next day.
The Special train will have stoppages at Baleshwar and Kharagpur in SER jurisdiction.
06055/06056 Podanur-Barauni-Podanur Special:
06055 Podanur-Barauni Special will leave Podanur on every Saturday from 06.09.2025 to 29.11.2025 at 11:50 hrs and will reach Barauni at 14:30 hrs, the third day. In the return direction, 06056 Barauni-Podanur Special will leave Barauni on every Tuesday from 09.09.2025 to 02.12.2025 at 23:45 hrs and will arrive Podanur at 03:45 hrs, the fourth day.
The Special train will have stoppages at Jharsuguda, Rourkela, Nuagaon, Hatia, Ranchi, Muri and Bokaro Steel City in South Eastern Railway jurisdiction.
06063/06064 Coimbatore-Dhanbad-Coimbatore Special:
06063 Coimbatore-Dhanbad Special will leave Coimbatore on every Friday from 05.09.2025 to 28.11.2025 at 11:50 hrs and will reach Dhanbad at 08:30 hrs, the third day. In the return direction, 06064 Dhanbad-Coimbatore Special will leave Dhanbad on every Monday from 08.09.2025 to 01.12.2025 at 06:00 hrs and will arrive Coimbatore at 03:45 hrs, the third day.
The Special train will have stoppages at Jharsuguda, Rourkela, Hatia, Ranchi, Muri and Bokaro Steel City in South Eastern Railway jurisdiction.
