| PREPARATION OF FIRST RESERVATION CHART |
दक्षिणपूर्वरेलवे SOUTH EASTERN RAILWAY प्रेसविज्ञप्ति PRESS RELEASE PREPARATION OF FIRST RESERVATION CHART Kolkata, 9th July, 2025: Preparation of first Reservation Chart has been reviewed by Railway Board and it has been decided as under:- a) For the trains with departure between 05:00 hours and 14:00 hours, first reservation chart will be prepared preferably by 21:00 of previous day. b) For the trains with departure between 14:00 and 23:59 and 00:00 and 5:00, first reservation chart will be prepared preferably 8 hours in advance. c) There shall be no change in extant provisions regarding preparation of second reservation charts. d) These instructions also cover charting at remote locations. In view of above, train-departure wise charting schedule have been planned for HQ controlled trains. The details are as under :- | Sl.
