INTRODUCTION OF PURULIA-HOWRAH-PURULIA VIA MASAGRAM MEMU TRAIN

Kolkata, 27th June, 2025

     Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’ble Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting and Electronics & Information Technology will virtually flag off the inaugural run of Purulia-Bankura-Howrah MEMU via Masagram from Santragachi o­n 28.06.2025. The regular service of 68121 Howrah-Purulia MEMU will commence w.e.f. 30.06.2025 from Howrah and 68122 Purulia-Howrah MEMU from Purulia will commence w.e.f 01.07.2025.

68122/68121 Purulia-Howrah-Purulia MEMU

       68122 Purulia-Howrah MEMU will leave Purulia at 04:00 hrs and will arrive Howrah at 11:40 hrs. In the return direction, 68121 Howrah-Purulia MEMU will leave Howrah at 16:15 hrs and will reach Purulia at 23:55 hrs.

       The train will stop at Anara, Adra, Jhantipahari, Chhatna, Bankura, Bikna, Nobanda, Belboni, Beliator, Chandra, Brindabanpur, Srirampur, Hamirhati, Sonamukhi, Dhansimla, Dhagaria, Patrasayer, Betur, Kumrul,  Indas, Shankrul, Sahaspur Road, Bowaichandi, Guir Saranga, Kalyar, Sehara Bazar, Gopinathpur, Shyamsunder, Rainagar, Bokra, Mathnashipur, Berugram, Gramdapur, Habaspur, Mustapha Chak, Masagram, Jaugram, Gurap, Belmuri, Chandanpur, Kamarkundu, Baruipara, Janai Road, Dankuni, Belanagar, Bally Chord, Belur,  Liluah and Howrah stations.
