Trainees must report MDZTI-S&T/KGP Hostel well in advance of commencement of the Course.

2.

It is compulsory for trainees to avail fooding (chargable) and lodging (free) in the Hostel of MDZTI-S&T/KGP, who are coming from the HQ stationwhich is at a distance more than 8 KM from KGP.

Trainees are required to pay meal charges and other charges (negotiable between trainees & cook).

Amount is required to be deposited in advance towards issue of temporary Identity Card – Rs. 20/-

The particulars of trainees including Emp No,DOB,DOA,Bill Unit Number, Controlling Officer, Bill Compling Officer, Specimen Signature Etc. must be mentioned in the Sparing Letter.

Duty Pass should be issued to the trainees for outward and return journey by the Controlling Unit.

7.

Trainees must bring their Competency Certificate cum Training History Book issued earlier by MDZTI-S&T/KGP while attending training.

8.

The trainees must bring 03 nos. of recent Passport Size Photo for issue of new Competency Certificate cum Training History Book.

9.

Trainees must attend training with Identity Card and proper Uniform as maintained in the Division.

10.

As per the directions of Ministry, learning resources are uploaded on the iGOT- Karmayogi portal. Access of the resources on the portal would be part of the training course. Hence, all the personnel nominated for the training course at MDZTI-S&T/KGP may also be directed to get themselves registered on iGOT - Karmayogi portal.
