MISSION & OBJECTIVES
The mission statement of Electric Loco Training Centre is as follows
“To Develop the Knowledge and Skills of Running Staff & Supervisors so as to Achieve Excellence in Work and bring about Continual Improvement in the Performance of the Indian Railways.”
In order to fulfill above mission, Electric Loco Training Centre has the following objectives to achieve.
a)To Impart Qualitative and Effective Theoretical and Field Training to the Newly Recruited and Promoted running staffs to develop their Professional Competency.
b)To Impart Qualitative and Effective Theoretical and Field Training to the Newly Recruited and Promoted Technical Supervisors to Develop their Professional Competency.
c) To Refresh and Update the Technical Knowledge & Skills of Loco Running Staff through class room as well as hands on training to Provide Safe and Punctual Train Services.
d) To Design and Deliver Need-Based Training to running Supervisors to Improve their Technical and supervisory Skills in keeping with changing trends.
f) To Mould Supervisors into Effective Leaders to Achieve Organisational Goals.
