Railways has shifted to e- procurement. Get yourself a digital signature, and start participating in e-tenders at www.ireps.gov.in.
I want to deliver my materials
First, get your material ready. Second, get it inspected. Third, arrange a transport. If you are using road transport and supplying materials out of your own state, you will require a waybill/road permit. Fourth, deliver the material at correct place.
- How do I get my material inspected?
Check the inspection clause. According to the clause get it inspected at RITES, RDSO or by consignee. For consignee inspection before receipt, contact here. For consignee inspection after receipt of material, you need not worry about inspection, jump to next step of delivering material.
- How do I get waybill/road permit?
Check these contacts for getting waybill. If you are sending materials through rail parcel, don't forget to send a copy of RR and advance intimation to the depot at these contacts.

I want changes in my purchase order
