Renewal/enlistment of working contractor for electrification work (25KV OHE & PSI work) of private siding over South Eastern Railway.
Notice is hereby given to all Working Contractor (25KV OHE & PSI) over Indian Railway in connection with renewal/enlistment of contractors for electrification work (25kv OHE & PSI work) of private siding over South Eastern Railway to furnish the following informations. The details should be submitted to Chief Electrical Engineers Office’s, 11 Garden Reach Road Kolkata -43 latest by 20/01/2014 for consideration of their name for renewal/enlistment of contractors for private siding electrification work (25kv OHE & PSI work).

| 5. | Number of permanent Supervisors engaged in organization with valid Supervisory certificate issued by the State Government for supervision of working in high voltage AC. |
| 6. | Number of Manager & Engineer engaged in the organization |
| 7 | Valid Electrical Contractor’s License issued by the State Government for high voltage AC ( 33KV and above) |
| 8 | Credential cum details of executed OHE & PSI works on Railway during last 3 financial years along with Completion certificate ( copy to be enclosed) for each executed work. |
| 9 | Total contact amount received ( copy to be enclosed) during last three years i.e current year and three previous financial years. |
The minimum eligible criteria for renewal/enlistment of working contractors for electrification work (25kv OHE & PSI work) of private siding over this Railway is given in Annexure “A”.
Those who fail to fulfill the minimum eligible criteria within cutoff date (i.e 20/01/2014) will not be considered for inclusion of their name in the list.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria for Renewal /Enlistment of Contractors for 25 kV OHE & PSI works in connection with Electrification of Private siding over S.E.Rly.
