       The Zonal Railway Training Institute, Sini is a premier Institute of Indian Railways which has been imparting training since 1st April, 1948 to various categories of railway employees. The objectives of this institution are to develop the trainees as a competent Railway man discharging their duties in their respective fields and act as a good citizens of India in order to infuse self esteem and perform his/her duties with confidence and dignity.

             To achieve these goals, co-operation & co-ordination from all concerned are highly solicited. The schedule of training for the Year-2016 for different categories of staff has been mentioned in this booklet. The concerned Officials, who are directing the trainees, are requested to send their staff in accordance with the schedules. Besides, regular courses, Special Courses shall also be organised as per the requirement of divisions/zones.

    Special Training Modules for Disaster Management & Customer Care have also been scheduled but attendance in these courses is very poor. Request is to be communicated in advance, so that these courses can be organized effectively with full quota.

Refresher Courses for Commercial Staff are not held as staff are not reporting. This may be taken care of by the Commercial Officers.

         Guidance/Suggestions in respect of development and improvement of training courses are welcome, which will enable us to lead the path for better and Safe Railway Transportation System.
