SER TRAIN SERVICES ALMOST NORMAL  DURING

24HOURS BHARAT BANDH

Kolkata, 2nd September 2016:

Train services of Suburban sections of South Eastern Railway have been almost normal during 24 hrs. Bharat Bandh called by different Central Trade Unions today (02.09.16).

However, train services of some areas of the state of Odisha in Kharagpur Division under SER jurisdiction have been slightly affected, as agitation started at Jaleswar, Balasore, Soro, Lakhannath Road and Baripada stations. Normalcy resumed after withdrawal of agitation at 10.30 hrs.

As a result, the following trains have been cancelled:

·68003/68004 Howrah-Ghatsila-Howrah MEMU Passenger

·78013 Balasore-Baripada DEMU Passenger

·78014/78015 Bangriposi-Baripada DEMU Passenger

·78016 Baripada-Balasore DEMU Passenger
